For the last 4 years I've been training at CF 09 and I always say there are 2 main reasons:
1) the sessions are always different and challenging
2) the people have become my friends.

On top of that Amishav is always around, laughing, helping and sharing in the experience.

For anyone considering starting – just come. You will love it
